Verdi Forming was founded in 1970. Working primarily in the residential and concrete forming sector, the company quickly gained a reputation as an expert in the concrete industry.
With a desire to expand the business further, the Verdi Forming team joined forces with Alliance Forming, including Alliance Waterproofing, Alliance Floor Finishing, and Alliance Restoration in 2004, to form the Verdi Alliance Group of Companies.
This new partnership allowed the company to expand its client base beyond residential to include the ICI sectors. It also permitted the firm to offer a complete package of concrete services for its clients.
Since 2004, the company has continued to grow with the addition of Alliance Verdi Civil in 2008, and Alliance Site Construction in 2009. These ongoing expansions demonstrate the company’s mission to provide full in-house capabilities and excellent customer service.
