The Residences of Maple Leaf Square is a unique development located at the corner of York Street and Bremner Boulevard next door to the Air Canada Center. This project combined both ICI and Residential construction which involved the joint venture efforts of Verdi Incorporated, Alliance Forming Limited, Alliance Waterproofing Limited and Alliance Restoration Limited.
This project incorporates unique condominium residences located in the two Towers soaring 54 storeys high perched on top of the 10-storey Podium. The Residences of Maple Leaf Square will be served with four levels of underground parking containing almost 900 parking spaces.
A total of 1,995,000 square feet for both vertical and horizontal forming, placing and finishing was completed under ICI construction and 1,720,000 square feet for both vertical and horizontal forming, placing and finishing was completed under Residential Sector Construction.
